The Cencosu group has had an Equality Plan in place since 2023 that covers Nearly fifty measures focused on training, selection, hiring, and career advancement aim to promote equality in all processes. Furthermore, the company continues to make progress in implementing this plan to consolidate an equitable corporate culture.
The company is renewing its commitment to the well-being of the Canary Islands community through 2026. In this vein, and in collaboration with the works council, Cencosu will take on new challenges related to this objective.
