The justice system in southern Gran Canaria has had to correct administrative errors in the calls for applications for temporary positions in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The Co.bas union has issued a clarification regarding Resolutions No. 630 and 631/2026, originally published on March 31, which directly affect the mobility and replacement of judicial personnel in the province of Las Palmas.
The main error lies in Resolution No. 630/2026, which offered a position for the Procedural and Administrative Processing Corps in the Common Enforcement Service of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The original announcement incorrectly assigned the status of "Guard" (GU) to the position with ID 50397118, a status that entails specific remuneration and working hours. The clarification confirms that this position does not involve guard duty, which alters the working conditions stipulated for candidates on temporary assignment.
Furthermore, Resolution No. 631/2026 contained a technical error in the identification of another Procedural Processing vacancy, in this case for the Common Processing Service of the Criminal Area. The position identifier 50424268 was incorrect; the correct official code is 50421258. This adjustment aims to prevent computer system bottlenecks in the processing of applications from officials interested in filling these positions at the main judicial hub in the south of the island.
These types of corrections to temporary staffing resolutions underscore the administrative pressure on the common services in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, an area with a high volume of legal proceedings. Correcting these technical errors is essential to guarantee the legal certainty of the replacement procedure and to avoid potential appeals that could paralyze the hiring of personnel needed for the operation of the courts in the south.
