SPAR Gran Canaria opens a new store in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, located in the El Batán neighborhood, continuing its expansion process to provide better service to the public and bring its products closer to the community.
The store, located at 129 Párroco Segundo Vega Street, has a strategic location between the neighborhoods of El Batán and San Roque, which will allow people in the area to access a modern commercial offer adapted to their daily needs.
SPAR Gran Canaria consolidates its position as the supermarket chain with the largest number of outlets in the island's capital, reaffirming its commitment to being ever closer to the consumer and to offering a local service that guarantees convenience, quality and personalized attention in every purchase.
The new establishment employs 12 people and has a total area of 320 square meters, 240 of which are dedicated to the sales floor, designed to offer an agile and efficient shopping experience.
Customers at SPAR El Batán can enjoy a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products in the fruit and vegetable, deli, meat, bakery, and self-service prepared food sections. In addition, the new store offers home delivery, the option to order through platforms like Glovo and Uber Eats, and online shopping via the SPAR Gran Canaria website, providing service tailored to new consumer habits.
This new point of sale incorporates a 100% LED lighting system with motion sensors to optimize energy consumption, as well as a mixed propane and CO2 refrigeration installation, which helps to reduce possible polluting emissions.
In the coming days, the establishment will be carrying out special promotions and actions aimed at rewarding the loyalty of its customers to celebrate its opening, such as the campaign active until May 14th of 700 SPAR brand product bundles, which will be raffled among people who make purchases for an amount equal to or greater than 20 euros.
SPAR El Batán is open Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 a.m. to 21:00 p.m., and on Sundays, from 09:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m., to serve customers in the area.
