The prosecution's account states that the defendant, under conditions of strict control and dominance, allegedly forced the victim to ingest crack cocaine and then proceeded to sexually assault her through vaginal, anal, and oral penetration, deliberately ignoring the woman's verbal refusal. The preliminary conclusions emphasize the defendant's intent to objectify the victim and his complete disregard for her lack of consent.
The timeline of the case places a second criminal incident on the afternoon of the following day at Meloneras beach, where the accused, accompanied by a mutual friend, initiated a humiliating public altercation after learning that the victim had requested police presence at the family home that same morning. The court documents record insults and explicit death threats directed at the woman and her immediate family, including warnings about hiring others to inflict acid burns on her face. The defendant concluded the street scene by grabbing the victim by the neck before forcing her back into their shared residence.
The violent escalation culminated hours later at their shared residence, where the defendant allegedly repeatedly punched the woman in the jaw and limbs after dragging her by the hair into a wooded area. The physical assault, which included a forearm strangulation technique, only stopped thanks to the timely intervention of a neighbor who managed to free the victim.
