Slow Morning by Bioever turned a morning into an invitation to rethink health from a preventative perspective
We live in a society that has taught us to react when a problem arises, but rarely to stop before it happens.
We normalize tiredness, stress, hormonal changes, loss of energy, or intimate discomfort as if they were an inevitable consequence of aging. We learn to live with them and, often, we stop wondering if there's another way to feel.

It was precisely to open that conversation that it was born Slow Morning by Bioever, an experience that brought together people at the Hotel Santa Catalina with the same purpose: to give themselves a few hours to stop, listen to their body and discover a different way of understanding health.
The morning began with a session of Flow Motion directed by Glory MoralesThe creator of the Ballet Fit© method invited attendees to reconnect with movement through mobility, body awareness, and lightness. It wasn't about training more, but about moving and breathing better. It was about remembering that well-being also begins with how we inhabit our own bodies.

After a delicious brunch and a short time connecting, the meeting continued with the conversation. "My Hormones", taught by the Dr. Alena Ruiz CámbaraA urologist and specialist in sexual health, pelvic floor, and functional and integrative medicine, she addressed a reality that affects thousands of people through accessible, evidence-based language: how hormonal changes can influence energy, sleep, body composition, intimate health, sexuality, and quality of life, and why many of these symptoms shouldn't simply be dismissed as "just a part of getting older."
Beyond sharing knowledge, the day brought to the table an idea that defines Bioever's philosophy: Prevention is not just about detecting diseases, but about understanding each person's biology and risk factors in order to intervene before problems arise.

Because precision medicine doesn't begin with a treatment. It begins with a question.
What is your body trying to tell you?
That was probably the true guiding principle of Slow Morning.
An invitation to look at health from a broader perspective, where movement, nutrition, hormones, intimate health, emotional well-being and prevention cease to be understood as isolated elements and become part of the same conversation.

The excellent reception of this first edition confirms that more and more people are looking for more than just quick fixes: they want to understand their bodies, anticipate changes, and make informed decisions about their health.
With Slow Morning, Bioever inaugurates a different way of building community around well-being. A space where science and personal connection coexist, where questions matter as much as answers, and where the true goal is not to add years to life, but to add life to years.
Because taking care of your health shouldn't be an obligation only when something goes wrong.
It should be a way of life.
