The proposal concludes the administrative procedure initiated in January, when VISOCAN formally requested the City Council the transfer of this municipal plot, which has a total area of Sqm 2.249,81, classified as residential land for Publicly Promoted Protected Housing (VPP)After completing the mandatory technical, legal and economic reports, and concluding the public information period without objections, the file is ready for final approval by the Plenary.
