The case against José Antonio Newport linked to Dreamland Studios SA has been dismissed.

 

The judge in the case opened against José Antonio Newport related to Dreamland Studios has decreed the dismissal and definitive archiving of the case.

 

 

The court order states that “The actions taken do not adequately justify the commission of the crime that gave rise to the case, since that the crime under investigation has not even been proven, based on the document submitted by the plaintiffs"

 

Furthermore, Newport Group acquires 100% of Dreamland Studios SAHaving reached an agreement with its Partners, which includes the waiver of the legal proceedings that were underway between the parties, as a result of the existing disagreements, all existing controversies being resolved.

 

 

DREAMLAND STUDIOS SA, thanks all the partners who have participated in the development of the different projects proposed by the Society for their contribution and commitment to the Society.

 

This agreement allows for greater stability for the Society and a stronger relaunch of the projects it champions.

 

It is worth remembering that at this time, Grupo Newport is fully committed to the development of the project for the largest Audiovisual Hub in Europe, to be built in the municipality of Telde, which will change the way we understand the digital and audiovisual economy in the Canary Islands.
