The works planned by the Department of Roads and Works will begin this Wednesday, September 2nd, inside the urbanisation.
The San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council plans to begin a specific resurfacing plan this Wednesday, September 2nd, in the interior streets of the El Patronato de Maspalomas residential development.
The rehabilitation works planned by the Department of Roads and Works , directed by Araceli Armas Cruz and Eduardo Armas Herrera , will affect approximately 5.535 square meters and will be carried out through a subsidiary company of the Lopesan group with special machinery to cover the linear layouts and the reduced dimensions of the pedestrian street of the urbanisation.
Due to this project, which will continue throughout next week, Mayor Marco Aurelio Pérez Sánchez has issued a municipal decree urging the cooperation and foresight of the residents to minimize any inconvenience that may be caused to public roads and road traffic due to the works.
Daily work hours will be between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Traffic and parking in the area will be restricted for the duration of the works.
