The Youth Department of the City Council of La Aldea de San Nicolás, directed by Cleofé Cubas, held a route this Saturday through the Cruz del Siglo and Balcón viewpoints in a joint activity with the same area of the Agüimes City Council. The objective is for groups of young people from both municipalities to coexist on Saturday afternoon and exchange experiences and experiences.
They learned about the viewpoints and their history, as well as the importance of their location for stargazing. To finish the activity, they visited the municipality's beach and the town center, where they realized its benefits and the possibilities it offers.
The meeting was joined by the Youth Councilor of the Gran Canaria Council, Olaia Morán, who accompanied the Youth councilors and youth technicians from both City Councils in the activity, who was delighted with the viewpoints and with the municipality as a whole.
After the route they had dinner at the La Hoyilla Hostel, where the group from the southeast stayed, to say goodbye with the idea that they would meet again another time.
