The Sabinosa Folkloric Group (El Hierro) will be in charge of opening the festivities of the El Tablero neighborhood of Maspalomas 2022. This has been announced by the Festivities Commission, which materializes this event in its already traditional and massive pilgrimage-offering, for the next May 22nd.
The one in El Tablero is one of the pilgrimages that attracts a large participation of the residents of this southern town. From the City Council of the Villa de San Bartolomé de Tirajana, its mayor Conchi Narváez, and the Councilor for Celebrations and Events, Francisca Quintana, want to show their gratitude to the Romeros group for their understanding.
Precisely, at the proposal of the group itself, the Corporation agreed to assume the expenses derived from the organization of this popular event, as well as the El Hierro dance group that, without a doubt, will give more spectacularity and appeal to a pilgrimage that resumes its activity after two years suspended due to the health situation.
