On June 3, 4 and 5, the 17th edition of the Southeast Fair will be held in the Cruce de Arinaga, in the municipality of Agüimes, after two years of suspension due to the pandemic.
This is an exhibition whose main objectives are to support the activities of small artisan and agricultural producers while trying to raise awareness about the consumption of local products; promoting the local tourist offer and providing the opportunity to expand commerce in the area. All this together with a totally festive atmosphere, with various performances and activities for children and adults, as well as the entertainment of the route with the parties of the Southeast.
The application period will run from May 5th to 13th of this year and must be completed at the town hall registry where the applicant resides or carries out their business. Applicants must work in the artisan and agri-food sectors of the Southeast Region, which comprises the municipalities of Agüimes, Ingenio, and Santa Lucía, where they must have been registered residents for a minimum of two years.
