This Thursday, June 23, Mogán beach will host the celebration of one of the most magical nights of the year, San Juan. The evening organized by the Mogán City Council will feature a popular pineapple barbecue, a theater and dance show, music with DJ Aitor Cruz, fireworks, a large bonfire and a festival.

The party will begin at 21:00 p.m. with the popular pineapple barbecue and the theater and dance show prepared by the Mogán Artistic Schools, in which the soprano Alicia Ramos will also participate. Called 'El Aquellarre de las Maguadas', it tells the story of a dark night in the present in which seven women appear, Canarian witches, who have gathered to make justice for all those who, like them, in the past, were tortured, burned and banished. .

Shortly after, the music will begin to play from the hand of the DJ, singer and producer Aitor Cruz until the lighting of the great bonfire of San Juan and the long-awaited fireworks display, which will illuminate the Mogan sky. The evening will continue with the festival offered by D'Music.

After two years without a celebration due to the pandemic, residents and tourists will be able to meet again in Playa de Mogán, one of the busiest centers on the island during San Juan's Eve, to celebrate this magical night full of rituals that attract prosperity and good luck .
