At around 00:11 hours, the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert requesting health assistance for a man who had fallen down some stairs in a shopping center in Puerto Rico, Timanfaya street, municipality of Mogán.
The SUC personnel verified that the 64-year-old victim was in cardiorespiratory arrest and performed basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers on him without obtaining results, confirming his death.
Police resources were activated by the Coordinating Center, and the corresponding procedures were carried out.
