Fuerteventura has awarded the businessman from La Agazal, Juan Jiménez Mendoza, for the Honorable Mention that will be awarded to him in the next Distinguished Tourism Awards Fuerteventura 2022. Jiménez Mendoza is one of the most beloved businessmen in the south of Gran Canaria for several things: working hard and always have a sense of social respect for the return of tourism in Tirajana and the rest of the island.
More than forty years ago, the business vision of Juan Jiménez, after making his fortune in the south of Gran Canaria, invested in Caleta de Fuste, bought a plot of land in the tourist town and built the Broncemar Beach Hotel, recently renovated and modernized, improving its fits, the service and quality of the resort, adapted to the best expectations of any client.
A deserved recognition because beyond his successful business management as promoter and director of the Broncemar Beach Hotel, he has been involved in the development of the tourist town and the Municipality, always willing to participate and collaborate in projects, events or actions aimed at economic boost and social of Caleta de Fuste.
Juan Jiménez's initiative has no limits, delegating the management of the Broncemar Beach hotel to his daughter Vanessa Jiménez, in order to also successfully dedicate himself to the cultivation of nearly 1.000 olive trees in Las Pocetas, achieving the production of an excellent oil recognized, among others. awards with the Oliva de Oro Award in the Canary Islands Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition. A dedication, points out the mayor, that Juan Jiménez also highlights in the Broncemar Beach Hotel, dedicating a space to recognize his connection with the countryside, the cultivation and the quality of a top-level local product, such as the olive oil made in the municipality.
