However, the investigated person also has crimes against property and drug trafficking.

The Civil Guard began the investigation following the formalization of the mandatory complaint by the injured person, filed at the Main Post of Puerto Rico-Mogán on July 15, reporting that after parking the vehicle owned by the company where works, in a loading and unloading area of a shopping center, unknown people had accessed the cargo and had stolen a box of meat products valued at more than 400 euros, suspecting the occupants of a vehicle that sped out of the area with the tailgate open. Likewise, the complainant also claims to recognize the same car in another similar incident two months ago.

Also, the investigators were able to see how the alleged perpetrators' car followed goods transport vehicles, taking advantage of the absence of the driver and the lack of surveillance in the surrounding area, to carry out its objective and be able to commit the criminal act.
The members of the Civil Guard carried out all the appropriate police investigations and the various efforts to clarify the events that occurred, among them, as a result of these recordings, they managed to identify the vehicle used and its occupant, who was investigated as the alleged perpetrator of a crime. robbery with force on things.
