The officials of the Mogán Local Police Corps have received training this week to use the VinfoPOL comprehensive management software, a tool that will simplify the administrative tasks of the agents and therefore, greater ease, speed and quality in serving citizens. . The Mogán City Council, through the Department of Citizen Security, has made an investment of 32.041,15 euros to provide the Local Police with this specialized software.
From Tuesday to Thursday all agents have participated in the training action given in the Arguineguín Social Services building. Among these, the head of the Local Police himself, Jorge Alemán, who explained that the Moganero Corps has been the second in the province of Las Palmas to have VinfoPOL.
“It is a dynamic tool that will be constantly evolving and updating,” he said. The software allows increasing agility in processing files and administrative procedures. Also in training and experience in administrative work, greater optimization and operation of the resources and services of the Local Police, integrated management and faster response to citizen services.
“The good thing about it is that it is also integrated into the PDAs that we have to report incidents on public roads, recovery of lost objects, abandoned animals, among others,” Alemán pointed out.
