At around 15:44 p.m., the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting that a collision had occurred between two vehicles on the GC-1 road.

A woman who, at the initial moment of assistance, presented moderate upper extremity trauma, was transferred in a basic life support ambulance to the San Roque Clinic.

1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources. The SUC personnel provided medical care to the occupant of one of the vehicles involved in the accident and the only one affected, and then transferred her to the hospital.

Firefighters secured the vehicles and were responsible for cleaning the road due to the fuel spill that occurred after the collision. The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding procedures and regulated traffic in the area.
