GCSW by MC began today with the presentation of the collections of Dolorés Cortés and the brand Bohodot, Maldito Sweet, Mola Mola and Victoria Cimadevilla, Alexandra Miró and Nuria González, Gottex and Melissa Odabash

Fashion professionals and public followers of swimwear trends meet in Maspalomas. A new edition of Gran Canaria Swim Week by Moda Cálida begins, full of news and new talent. The Cabildo of Gran Canaria and IFEMA Madrid have reaffirmed their firm commitment to the internationalization and professionalization of the only swimwear fashion catwalk in Europe.

Dolores Cortes presents Phuket, a collection in which wild flora and the mysterious charm of Asian landscapes predominate. The signature Bohodot has stood out by evoking summers on the coast and transmitting Mediterranean essence. The Spring Summer 2023 collection of the Canarian firm Damn Sweet It is inspired by Tulum. The international Mola Mola He brings his proposals from Colombia, and his collection is inspired by the pastel-colored boulevards of small beach towns. Victoria Cimadevilla reinterprets the concept of the flower woman that began in the 50s and brings it to the world of the bathroom. GCSW by MC Awards 2022

                  

The Best Collection Award 2022, granted by the Chamber of Commerce, has gone to Victoria Cimadevilla. This award allows you to visit the Cannes swimwear fair – MarediModa Cannes. The Award for Best Sustainable Collection thanks to Mare Da Mare and CYL magazine, whose winner has been Nuria González. This award gives the winner the possibility of participating with a stand at the Mare da Mare fair, as well as a report in CYL magazine. Finally, it is the turn of the Best Emerging Collection Award awarded by ISEM, which has been for Very free. Thanks to this award, the designer obtains a scholarship for the Fashion Digital Strategy Course.
