At around 16:43 p.m., the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert from the Civil Guard requesting assistance for three cyclists who had gotten lost on a path and presented dehydration in the area called Barranco del Cura, municipality of Mogán.
The rescuers from the GES helicopter located the three victims, got off the device and, after proceeding to their rescue, hoisted them onto the aircraft to evacuate them to the El Berriel helipad.
