New Director of Operations for Seaside Collection in the Canary Islands

 

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Robert Heitzig, to the position of Director of Operations of Seaside Collection in the Canary Islands, effective October 1, 2022. 

 

 In his new role, Mr. Heitzig will be responsible for coordinating operations and optimizing processes for the four hotels in the Canary Islands. You will work closely with the hotels' General Managers to improve, modernize and continue optimizing all operational processes, ensuring guest satisfaction and creating initiatives that improve the overall guest experience, as well as reinforcing Seaside's strategy and positioning. Collection as one of the references on the islands in terms of gastronomy. Mr. Heitzig will continue to be the general manager of the Grand Hotel Residencia*****GL. 

 

 

  

We are also pleased to announce that Mr. Martin Lindner will be promoted to the position of Regional Director of Food and Beverage, being in charge of operations in the different catering departments of the four hotels in the Canary Islands, to work on improving the guest services and the department's gastronomic offerings.
