In the case of company surveys, it is about knowing their ICT needs and thus being able to optimize their effectiveness and profitability.
The surveys are very simple, anonymous and last approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
The City Council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, through its Department of New Technologies coordinated by Antonio Pérez, requests the collaboration of the business sector and citizens in general, participating in a simple survey, “which will allow a real and current diagnosis of the local digital economy. This study will lay the foundations for the definition of a strategy to promote digitalization in the municipality,” highlighted the head of the area.
In the case of company surveys, it is about knowing their ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) needs and thus being able to optimize their effectiveness and profitability.

Two of the key elements of this diagnosis are, on the one hand, knowing the digital skills of citizens and, on the other, identifying the digital needs of companies in the southern municipality, in order to propose actions aimed at their improvement.
The San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council is one of the 16 partner institutions of the European SMART-ECO project, of the Interreg MAC 2014-2020 program. Financed 85% by the European Regional Development Funds, and with a budget of €1.309.640,38, the SMART-ECO project aims to contribute to the development of a Strategy for digital transformation.
Anonymous and very simple surveys
To this end, they have published two different surveys: One aimed at companies, the other at citizens. This is the reason why the City Council requests the collaboration of its business community and our neighbors. It should be noted that these surveys are anonymous, very simple and last approximately between 3 and 5 minutes, maximum.
