Open day of the Local Police of San Bartolomé de Tirajana

The Department of Police and Citizen Security, headed by Councilor Samuel Henríquez Quintana, celebrates next Tuesday, December 6, the Open Day of the Local Police will be held for another year, a day organized for the little ones to enjoy, observe and learn about the different tasks carried out by the Local Police of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and other security forces.

The activities will take place in the vicinity of the Maspalomas Local Police Station, in front of the courts, on Tuesday the 6th from 10.00:14.30 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. Attendees will be able to enjoy bouncy castles, drone displays, a canine unit and special emergency vehicles, gifts and some more surprises that local police colleagues have prepared. They will also have the collaboration of other security forces such as Civil Protection, Red Cross, National Police, Telde Local Police, the UME (Military Emergency Unit), Fire Department, among others.

This day has been celebrated in recent years on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Immaculate Conception, patron saint of the Local Police, and comes to value the work carried out by the colleagues of the local police of the municipality and to fulfill one of the objectives that They were proposed at the beginning of the legislature, which was to socialize the work of the police and bring it closer to the citizens of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
