Last night, the Plaza de San Fernando welcomed more than 2500 people who came to enjoy the twenty-third work of Los Gofiones: México en el corazón.
With more than 80 people who made up not only the musical cast, but also the dance corps, the Canarian popular music group sang such iconic songs of Mexican culture as 'la Llorona', 'Remember me' or 'la Bikina', in the first show of such a large scale.
In addition, Los Gofiones made special mention of members of the group who are no longer here, including the director of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana music school and founder of the Umiaya folklore group, Noe Peña.
On December 17, the following Christmas events will take place with the tribute to Elvis Crespo at the Tablero and the Fiesta del Pajar.
