The meeting is held at the company headquarters on Calle los Jazmines in an extraordinary manner to dismiss and appoint administrators, adopting subsequent legal agreements.
Apparently the company would have had problems holding a previous meeting because the agenda, to which this newspaper has had access, indicates "ratification of the valid constitution of the extraordinary general meeting of partners, the agenda and the positions of president and secretary".
The board hopes that the meeting will be simple because in addition to agreeing on the granting of powers to make public the resolutions adopted there, the minutes of the meeting will be drafted, read and approved so as not to have to call another meeting and carry out that procedure. by the solidarity administrator, Christiane Carlsson.
