Citizen Participation offers training to the associations of San Bartolomé de Tirajana

 

The Department of Citizen Participation of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, directed by Mercedes Díaz, has developed a training plan for the different associations of the municipality that will take place from December 13 to 15 at the Maspalomas Cultural Center.

 

The training is free of charge. “The majority of associations do not access public subsidies due to lack of knowledge of how or where to apply for them. This training will resolve all your doubts in this regard, so I encourage the representatives of the associations to participate in the sessions,” Díaz stressed.

 

 

On December 13, from 16:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m., under the title “Communities of Owners and tourism exploitation communities: alternative mechanisms for resolving conflicts and complaints. Necessary works and energy efficiency", the training will give the keys to debt claims, resolve conflicts due to annoying activities in the communities of owners, what to do in case of breach of a contract or relevant information on eviction, among other matters.

 

On Wednesday the 14th, from 17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m., the program “Constitution and operation of Associations” will take place. Legal and tax regime”, where fundamental issues for the constitution of associations will be discussed, such as the documentation necessary for their foundation, how and where they should be registered or how to carry out online procedures with the electronic signature, among others.

 

Finally, on Thursday the 15th, from 17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m., the training program “Public Subsidies to Associations” will take place, where there will be discussions on relevant issues such as the search for public subsidies, the subsidy calendar, requirements and deadlines to request a subsidy, how to carry out the process or how to justify it.
