The hotel bed management chain of the HI Partner fund (Blackstone) in the south of Gran Canaria, Lopesan, has valued LS Invest's stake as a shareholder at 403,2 million euros, a German financial source told Maspalomas24H. Lopesan's share capital is 128,7 million euros and the share price in the company is 2,60 euros. Lopesan started 2022 with an operating result in losses: -3,1 million euros. But all this is very relative because, for example, IFA Faro, with an occupancy of 49% in 2021, had revenues of 2,5 million euros. Revenue per occupied room stood at 317 euros.
