The San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council has just made public the requirements that the floats participating in the Great Parade of the Maspalomas International Carnival 2023 must meet, scheduled for next Saturday, March 18.
They detail, among other concepts, deadlines and place of presentation, as well as the security requirements required by regulations.
The presentation of documentation and registration to participate, only electronically, is from 08:00 a.m. on Monday.on February 6, 2023, until 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2023.
In the event that the registration quota for the floats is completed, which in this edition has established a maximum number of one hundred units, and "therefore the capacity stipulated by the regulations of the Parade, the Organization will proceed to close "All registrations and participation, even before the date of submission of documentation expires, will not be considered a reserve list."
The document also contemplates the requirements demanded of the vehicles: sizing, safety equipment, lighting system, access systems to the float (stairs and railings), sound equipment or management of the waste generated, among others.
