The budgets of Santa Lucía de Tirajana for 2023 are approved

The municipal plenary session approved the 2023 budgets after rejecting the allegations presented by the PP councilor, Marcos Rufo and the SEPCA union.

 

 

The Santa Lucía de Tirajana City Council has carried out this year's budgets after its approval at the municipal plenary session held on Thursday afternoon. This approval was made after rejecting the allegations presented by the popular councilor Marcos Rufo and the Union of Public Employees of the Canary Islands (SEPCA). 

 

Pedro Sánchez, Councilor for Human Resources of the Satauta municipality, stated that these allegations were rejected since accepting them would mean a delay in the approval of the city council's staff and the unjustified delay of the subsidies granted by the council.

 

The annual budget will be close to 68 million euros, assuming greater investment in public services such as cleaning and maintenance of the various roads and municipal facilities. An amount of 200.000 euros has also been added for social investments.
