It is expected that the management of the facility, currently in the hands of Ports and Fisheries of the Government of the Canary Islands, will pass to the brotherhood
The owners of jet skis and pleasure boats in Mogán have shown their disagreement with the management of the port, specifically with the decision not to enable access to the sea through the ramp that provides access.
Those affected report that they have found access with fences and padlocks without prior notice, leaving many of them with the service paid but without being able to use it due to this decision.
The reason for this prohibition is due to the change in the management of the facility that will occur soon, passing from the hands of the Government of the Canary Islands (through Ports and Fisheries) to the brotherhood.
From Puertos Canarios they have stated that the priority will be the fishing activity, but that users of jet skis and recreational boats will be able to access them at the times set by both the institution itself and the brotherhood when it begins to manage the facility.
