The Italian group has closed the operation for 20 million euros, thus obtaining a fourth complex in Gran Canaria, the third in Playa del Inglés
TAM Resorts has acquired the Vital Suites hotel, thus reaffirming its intention to expand on the island of Gran Canaria. The Italian group already has three tourist complexes on the island, two in Playa del Inglés and one in Meloneras. The operation has been around 20 million euros.
The group has stated that they do not plan to make short-term changes to the Vital Suites, which was renovated in 2015 under the direction of Lorenzo Ortego, who sadly died in May of last year and who ran the hotel complex since 2009, contributing his extensive experience in the tourism sector to develop the venue and adapt it to current times.
This operation marks the TAM group's foray into the island's hotel sector, since the group had a total of 130 rooms spread across three apartments, but without offering a restaurant service. A service for which Vital Suites stands out and which the Italian group intends to maintain.
