Two individuals were arrested following a police surveillance device through which it was certified that they were in charge of selling narcotic substances in the vicinity of a detoxification center in Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
The local police of Santa Lucía have arrested two individuals accused of selling drugs in the vicinity of a detoxification center and an institute with almost a thousand students in Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
Following a series of complaints from local residents, the local police launched a surveillance operation on the two individuals that lasted several days and allowed the officers to learn about the modus operandi by which they attracted clients and proceeded to sell the substances, which were mainly hashish and heroin.
During the surveillance device, the agents were also able to observe how the detainees not only acted in the vicinity of the detoxification center and the institute, but also carried out the sale of substances at their home. After the arrest, the accused were brought to justice and the drugs found in the house were seized.
