The Dunas Group will receive this plot in exchange after the loss of some land that was part of the Dunas Reserve space
The council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana has decided to compensate the Dunas Group with the transfer of a plot that has not yet been created, but which would be adjacent to the Tony Gallardo Park. This decision is made after the loss by the business group of some land located in the current Palmeral del Oasis Urban Park.

This new land offered to the group, borders Avenida Colón and gives access to Meloneras and practically doubles the size of the previous land owned by the business group, since this new land (called Q1) is expected to exceed 11.000 square meters.

The Samuel Henríquez council is already at work to carry out this operation, which will allow the Dunas Group to build a complex of up to three floors on the new plot.
The Dunas Group has also proposed the payment of 698.083 euros as part of this transfer, since they consider that the location of the previous land was much better for their project and that the greater extension of the new plot that they offer is not sufficient.
