Alba Medina, delegate councilor of the competent body in charge of processing and monitoring requests for access to information in the Mogán City Council, has reported that the Administration has verified compliance with the obligations contained in the Transparency Law with the T-Canarias telematics tool. This belongs to the Transparency Commissioner, who also carries out his own evaluation.

The Commissioner's report also includes the transparency approval of the municipal entity Mogán Sociocultural SLU, which also reaches excellence with an index of 10 points. The company Mogán Gestión Municipal SLU reaches 7,55 points.
