Industry and Commerce coordinates the execution of Next Generation funds

 

The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Crafts, Minerva Alonso, held a meeting today with the federations of business associations: Fecogranca, Fecoeca, Cecapyme, Fedalime and Fenorte, to inform them that the insular institution has been a beneficiary of the subsidy of 1.7 million euros from the Next Generation funds charged to the Ministry of Industry , Commerce and Tourism, for the 'Commerce Gran Canaria' project.

 

 

 

At the meeting, Gesplan explained what collaboration they need from the federations to execute it, since one of the most important actions is a trade revitalization plan. To do this, some 400 businesses throughout Gran Canaria will be analyzed and, in addition to creating an improvement plan tailored to each one, to help them be more competitive, this information will be used to develop this joint reactivation plan. . 

 

Subsequently, the department has also met with all the promoters and associations together with the Chamber of Commerce because this organization is going to join in the coordination of the work, for all the capture and collection of data.
