For all this, the Civil Guard began an investigation based on the analysis of his behavior, defining the places and times most frequented by the alleged perpetrator, and was also able to obtain images that allowed his identification when he used the card stolen from one of the ATMs at an ATM. their victims minutes before, proceeding to establish different static surveillance points in order to locate them.
These surveillances resulted in the location of the alleged perpetrator on March 12, when the agents who were part of the device observed him arrive at one of the places where he was acting and begin to interact with a couple of tourists. Immediately, the Civil Guard established a device with the aim of preventing his escape, so he was intercepted in the vicinity of one of the Puerto Rico shopping centers, where he was going to interact with tourists from whom he could not take away. nothing.
Once identified, the investigation was carried out and evidence was obtained that has allowed the clarification of ten crimes of theft, which have been sent to the competent Investigative Courts of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
