The Nordic tour operator Apollo has closed an agreement with the Canary Islands subsidiary of Blackstone to incorporate one of its hotels in the south of Gran Canaria to its offer. This is the Maspalomas Resort establishment of Dunas Hotels & Resorts for family tourism.

Apollo's product is aimed at families with young children and the Dunas chain's accommodation thus joins the Lopesan Baobab. Apollo has selected this Blackstone accommodation in Gran Canaria on the basis that the island always has something to offer. "We are very excited to be able to offer another great family facility on the island," according to a press release sent to Maspalomas24H.

On the other hand, for the sixth consecutive month, according to the Madrid newspaper ElBoletín.com, redemption requests from investors in Blackstone's massive $70.000 billion retail real estate fund have surpassed the limit imposed by the American private equity giant. And withdrawal requests in the month of April amounted to $4.500 billion, the same amount as in March, when the financial storm caused by the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank broke out. However, they are still 15% below the record of $5.300 billion in January, according to Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (Breit).
