Yesterday, Thursday, May 11, 2023, the VIII Edition of the Canary Islands 2023 Human Resources Excellence Awards took place, awards granted by Aguilar Abogados, Adecco, Link Soluciones and Wolters Kluwer, with the participation of FREMAP and the collaboration of the College Official Social Graduates of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Official College of Social Graduates of Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, with the aim of recognizing and highlighting the best practices, policies and initiatives in terms of people management within companies and organizations in the Canary Islands.
San Roque University Hospitals was one of the entities that received the award for its projects focused on providing improvements in the field of human resources management, in the category of Big enterprises, for its pioneering Professional Career Development project, with which they have proposed and managed to place personnel in sections according to their seniority and knowledge, assigning them new functions and salaries.
Cristina Betancor, director of People Management at HUSR, collected the award from Mr. Yeray Rivero, Chief Business Development Manager of Link Soluciones. In his thank you speech he highlighted that: “we have the best medical team to care for people's health and we must also pamper and take care of them, this work depends on a whole team of people who are behind the proper functioning of all our centers, thanks to the organizers for giving visibility to everyone.”
