The event occurred at dawn and emergency personnel had to intervene in extinguishing the fire and assisting the affected person.
During the early hours of this Tuesday, a fire broke out in a house located on Eslovakia Street, in the municipality of Mogán. According to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands, the events occurred approximately after 02:00 in the morning.
The affected person, 40 years old, suffered poisoning due to smoke inhalation and moderate burns, for which he was transferred to the San Roque University Hospital, in Maspalomas, in a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC). .
The firefighters were in charge of extinguishing the flames and ventilating the house, while members of the Civil Guard and the Local Police collaborated with the emergency services and made the corresponding reports.
