This is stated in a letter signed by José María Mañaricua, president of the FEHT, which details the legal objections to the extension of that concession. The foreign Ceisa plant intends to continue with the cement plant in Arguineguín until 2046, clinging to the fact that the San José quarry concession is still alive in parallel.
