Neighbor from Tunte died when his motorcycle collided with a car in Tirajana

 

At around 19:30 p.m., the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting that a collision had occurred on the GC-60 highway, municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, between a car and a motorcycle, the driver of the latter being seriously injured. 

 

Upon arriving at the scene, the Primary Care health personnel, doctor and nurse from the Tunte Health Center could only confirm the death of the motorcyclist due to the severity of the injuries he suffered.

 

The Civil Guard took charge of the body until the arrival of the judicial authority.

 

With deep regret, sources close to this media inform us that the deceased is our neighbor from Tunte and owner of the La Cueva de Tunte Restaurant, Marcos (DEP). From here we convey our deepest condolences to all his family, friends and neighbors of the town of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
