In order to improve the safety, cleanliness and aesthetics of the streets of Villa de Ingenio, as well as gain parking spaces, the Ingenio City Council reactivates the Ingenio Local Police campaign to remove and deregister abandoned vehicles and in a state of deterioration on the public roads of the municipality, all at zero cost to the owner.
The Chief of the Ingenio Local Police, Justo Santana, reports that this service can be requested by calling 928780825 or emailing cat@ingenio.es. Once the administration receives the signed authorization from the owner wishing to deregister their vehicle, it will be removed and towed to the waste treatment plant, where it will be officially deregistered, all free of charge. This service aims to prevent fines, which are often very high since abandoned vehicles are treated as municipal solid waste.
Likewise, those people who want to collaborate, anonymously, can use the aforementioned means of contact by reporting this type of abandonment, thus helping to improve the image, safety and cleanliness of our streets.
