It is not known who the mediator is because an industrial engineer always appears blocking contacts with the masters in Spain. A subsidiary of the Galician company Ecoener would have resorted to a Guanche name to shield itself from protests over these things of the Canary Islands given that it uses rustic land from Juan Grande of the Rodríguez Hernández family (104.571 meters of permanent easement) Agricultural Bonny, Alejandro, and Pedro Fernando del Castillo Bravo de Laguna, Cabildo de Gran Canaria and City Council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

The subsidiary of Ecoener, which is called Mocán Renovables, (Mocán is a name of the aboriginals), has planned to place 3 million euros in the south of Gran Canaria with a financial drawing made in Luxembourg for photovoltaic hybridization of a wind farm in San Bartolome de Tirajana.
There is a deadline to present allegations against it until the beginning of July. What the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council is going to receive is little money for the capital that is moving in the operation. Before leaving the Government of the Canary Islands, the PSOE has launched public consultations from the General Directorate of Energy, foreseeing the public utility formula of the file.

This hybrid photovoltaic plant at the San Bartolomé wind farm will use 10.192 LongiSolar brand photovoltaic panels, 22 inverters and a transformation center in Aldea Blanca. There is a 2,2 kilometer underground evacuation line to the Aldea Blanca substation.
