Respond to population growth and revitalize rural land, among citizen contributions to the PGOU
The process of citizen participation in the substantial modification of the General Urban Planning Plan of Villa de Ingenio comes to an end with three propositional tables in areas such as the housing solution, the uses of rural land and the urban development of developable areas taking into account demographic challenges. 'Cohousing' or enabling synergies between the development of the implementation of the airport park and that of the municipality, also linked to the industrial pool of the Polígono de Las Majoreras, are some of the proposals that citizens have put on the table in this phase of the PGOU, which will continue with the analysis and sharing of all the projects and ideas collected.
This phase open to citizen participation has had a total of five actions, two informative workshops, dedicated to the debate on the forms of development of the municipality, two work tables and this last proposal, which was held in person at the Cultural Center Federico García Lorca and which included the participation of experts in different subjects related, among others, to rural land, housing, territorial planning and anthropology.
