Another more festive day and forty hours of football has been experienced in the group stage of the Maspalomas Cup 2023. This week the children's and cadet categories of the 9th edition are being played, in the Sports City of Maspalomas, the Municipal Field of the Tablero and Campo Castillo del Romeral. In addition to football as the main protagonist, various entertainment activities are offered to all fans of the football festival.

In the group stage of the tournament there have been no surprises with Cádiz CF and Sevilla FC who have managed to go first with an outstanding performance. The two Andalusian teams are undoubtedly the most complicated dance couple in these qualifying rounds, but in football anything is possible.
On the last day of the group stage, one of the most anticipated challenges within the great Maspalomas Cup took place: the goalkeeper battle. A challenge that consists of a one-on-one between goalkeepers from goal to goal on a small soccer field. David Benítez, Diego Suárez, Denis Donchev and Fernando have been the winners of the cadet and children's categories.
In the ninth edition the party doesn't stop. The artists from Aseres, Buena Vibra and the young talent of DJ Yediel have joined this final day of the group stage. Javi Freestyle has also repeated his presence. It is becoming a tradition that the Ciudad Deportiva fills up to enjoy the Canarian football festival.
