The director of the Lopesan Villa del Conde Hotel in Meloneras, Roberto González, with 561 rooms, said this week that the establishment's occupancy for summer is at 65%. A figure that, in his opinion, is optimal.
In statements to the regional TV of Castilla León, he highlighted that direct air connectivity with the interior of the Peninsula allows resorting to tour operations in addition to direct purchases for the convenience of tourists. González pointed out that after Covid19 the priority for families is to "enjoy time and leisure" although there are markets like Germany with GDP growth that is a little dormant, the Canary Islands and peninsular market "we are quite satisfied."
