This orange notice is activated today, July 4, and will be extended until tomorrow, the 5th. The institutions have also launched some recommendations for these hot days such as wearing light and breathable clothing, staying in cool and shaded places, having access to water and staying hydrated, avoiding alcoholic and sugary drinks and, above all, paying special attention to vulnerable people such as babies, children, the sick or the elderly.
