The director of Casa León Royal Retreat, Lorena Rodríguez, has signed this summer to enter the business located in Monte León on the Rusticae platform of the Mediterranean-inspired hotel.
The hotel has 27 rooms and suites that, thanks to their large windows, make you feel close to the sea, sand and mountains, and among which Villa Casa Carmelo stands out with 110 square meters and its Penthouse Casa León of 141 square meters. with cuisine from the chef, Holger Schmidt, and treatments that revolve around nature based on natural oils, Lanzarote lava clay or Canarian aloe vera. At Rusticae Casa León Royal Retreat points out that it has an outdoor pool surrounded by a garden and rooms where guests can rest and disconnect from the daily routine.
Rusticae is an accommodation selection club to welcome national and international tourists looking for accommodation in an exclusive location and in which to live a unique and quality experience. To find out the trend and forecasts in terms of vacation reservations for this summer 2023, Rusticae has carried out a survey among the Club's member accommodations, whose data provides an overview both in the case of charming hotels and full rental rural houses.
In the case of hotels, to date 39% of hotel availability for the summer between June 15 and September 15 has been sold. The average expected stay is 2,7 nights, and the average price per night reaches 177 euros. Likewise, regarding the accumulated period between January and May of this year, the hotels have reached an average occupancy of 40%, with an average stay of 2,1 nights, and an average price per night of 153 euros. Regarding fully rented rural houses, forecasts indicate that 36% of the availability for the summer has been sold, on the same dates indicated above, with an expected average stay of 4,9 nights, and with a price per person of 65 euros.
