The passengers of flight NT501 that covered the Gran Canaria – Lanzarote route had a great scare when they arrived at their destination. During the morning of this Wednesday, the Canarian company's aircraft suffered a burst in several of its tires when landing at the César Manrique airport on the island of Lanzarote.
This was announced by the company itself in its twitter account. The aircraft, a common ATR 72 in the island company's fleet, did not report any mishap either on takeoff or during the course of the flight. It was on landing when as soon as it touched the runway of the airport, several of its tires suddenly burst, giving the passengers inside the plane a great scare.
