The Swiss-German specialist in tourism to Turkey Bentour, after the Gran Canaria proposals, has decided to expand its portfolio for next winter to the south of Gran Canaria as the highlight of this year's winter program using Condor flights.
At the same time, Bentour has significantly increased the hotel offering in both destinations. In Gran Canaria alone, the organizer offers more than dozens of hotels next winter. He mentions the Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso as examples. Bentour Reisen is a medium-sized tour operator and owner-managed tour company with headquarters in Zurich (Bentour Reisen AG) and a 100% subsidiary in Germany for the EU (Bentour Reisen GmbH) and a representation in Turkey.
In fiscal year 2019, a total of 170.000 passengers traveled with Bentour Reisen. The organizer's total turnover in this financial year was 111 million euros. Around 50.000 of the 170.000 passengers traveled to holiday regions outside the main destination of Turkey. But now it begins to operate with Gran Canaria.
Bentour Reisen's main business partners are travel agencies. Bentour is a member of the German Travel Association (DRV), the Swiss Travel Association (SRV) and the Austrian Travel Association (ÖRV). Bentour puts another focus on Turkey in winter on the topic of golf. In addition to the classic golf holiday, tournaments and golf courses are again offered at the in-house golf academy. Other golf trip destinations with Bentour include Morocco, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece and Maspalomas.
