After analyzing the information on the possible existence of animals, the Civil Guard was initially able to verify how the owner of the animals had two search and capture requirements issued by a Criminal Court in Las Palmas and an Instruction Court in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, these being linked. with animal-related scams and animal abuse.

Given this situation, Seprona carried out an entry and search of the home, locating three completely tied dogs inside the home building, two of them were lying lifeless and the third was in a starving state and had a heavy infestation of parasites such as fleas and ticks.
The animals were seized and the only one alive was taken over by the ADA Gran Canaria animal shelter and the corpses were delivered directly to the Clinical Veterinary Hospital in Arucas for necropsy.
The investigation together with the procedures carried out have been left at the disposal of the corresponding guard court of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
